Scott Carrow

Scott’s career in the Home Building Industry began in 1988. At the age of 18, Scott decided to follow a friend’s advice and become an apprentice carpenter. Scott followed through with the Union apprenticeship program located in Ferndale, Michigan. In 1993, Scott decided to accept a position as a residential building inspector. After a few years, he decided to join the ranks of one of the nation’s largest home builders, building homes throughout Southeastern Michigan. As a project manager, he soon realized it was the interaction between builder and customer that got him hooked. Since 1993, Scott has continued to grow and gain knowledge of every aspect of the Home Building Industry. Scott’s industry titles have included Director of Construction, Director of Customer Service, and Senior Production Manager. The industry needs a builder that actually enjoys the customer/builder interactions. The industry also needs a home builder that will not over extend their management number. We will only accept a certain number of projects each year.

Eric Stack

Eric's career in the homebuilding industry also began at an early age. Eric got his start in the industry by joining one of the biggest basement foundation companies in Michigan. Eric quickly climbed up through the ranks to become a foundation wall, footing, and garage trench foreman. As Eric progressed through the ranks, he also learned about the business process. Eric decided to create his own foundation company. At the young age of 22, Eric began his own company. 22 years later, Eric is still going strong.

As with anything, a strong foundation is key when beginning any project. Eric is still on site working side by side with his guys. He enjoys the day-to-day challenges that cross his path on a daily basis.
